Announcing our Keynote Speaker, Femke van Schoonhoven, Product Designer @ Gusto

‍Bio

‍

Femke is a design lead at Gusto currently based in Vancouver Island, Canada. She started her career at tech giant Uber working on payment experiences for drivers, then moved on to joining the Uber Eats merchant team. Known for her creative problem solving and product strategy, Femke enjoys working on complex design problems.

‍

You can often find her creating videos about design on YouTube, sharing her thoughts on Instagram, podcasting on Design Life or hosting livestreams and mentor sessions. She's passionate about giving back and teaching what she knows to other designers.

‍

Outside of work Femke enjoys hiking, mountain biking, camping, spending time with her dog (Kaya). Recently she's been getting into pottery.

All award submissions will be judged by an independently chosen panel of seasoned UX veterans, representing different sectors of the UX industry.
